How to Enable the Secure Folder on Samsung Phones
You can move data and files easily to secure folders using the Move to Secure Folder option in native Samsung apps.
- Select file(s)
- Tap [︙] line
- Then, tap the Move to Secure Folder button
- Enable user authentication
- Unlocked Secure Folders allow you to move files immediately
- Selected files are deleted from the regular gallery when moved to a Secure Folder
NOTE: If you move the data to the Secure Folder, it may reappear in the Gallery app even after syncing to the Samsung cloud. Ensure you also remove the data from the Samsung cloud storage if you don’t want it to reappear inside the Gallery app.
